The Role of Senior Manager - Development - Residential

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Development to join its Residential Business Unit in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves overseeing various aspects of residential development, from initial planning through to project execution. The Senior Manager will ensure that residential projects meet quality standards, sustainability principles, and the needs of future residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development process for residential projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s strategic goals.
• Engage in feasibility studies, land acquisition, and project planning efforts.
• Supervise project teams and collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments throughout the development lifecycle.
• Foster relationships with local authorities and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor market trends and best practices to ensure developments meet current and future demands.
• Deliver project updates and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting progress and addressing challenges.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in development, specifically within the residential sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing residential development projects from planning to execution.
