Senior Manager Investigations Diligence and Compliance Specialist

About the Role

Kroll is seeking a Senior Manager, Investigations, Diligence and Compliance - Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading complex investigations and advising clients on compliance matters. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage cases from structuring projects and managing resources to presenting findings and providing commercially viable advice to clients.
• Assist clients in investigating alleged regulatory breaches and instances of fraud, bribery, and corruption across EMEA.
• Advise corporate clients on developing and enhancing fraud, sanctions, and ABC compliance programs.
• Assist mid-tier financial institutions in assessing and improving their fraud or AML/ABC and Sanctions risk management.
• Conduct fact-finding interviews with various stakeholders involved in cases.
• Support the development of the Financial Investigations Practice in the region by identifying new clients, business opportunities, and retaining key relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive experience working in a reputable professional or financial services firm, investigative organization, or in-house investigation role.
• An internationally recognized accounting qualification is essential, with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Forensic accounting or financial investigation experience, either in practice or in a regulatory environment.
• Commercial understanding of both developed and emerging markets.
