About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager Operations Audit to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to ensuring robust risk management and operational excellence within the organization.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager Operations Audit leads a portfolio of complex operational audits and strategic initiatives. The primary objective of this role is to ensure comprehensive risk coverage, effective governance, and high standards of operational excellence. This position oversees the entire audit lifecycle, from meticulous planning and efficient execution to thorough reporting, ensuring all activities are consistent with the Global Internal Audit Standards (2024).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee multiple concurrent operational audit engagements across various business functions.
Develop strategic audit plans that are aligned with organizational objectives and risk priorities.
Ensure all audit engagements adhere strictly to the Internal Audit methodology, established timelines, and quality standards.
Supervise and meticulously review audit reports, verifying accuracy, clarity, and the provision of actionable recommendations.
Build and maintain effective relationships with senior management to promote risk awareness and accountability for controls.
Mentor and coach audit staff, offering guidance for both technical and professional development.
Contribute to the strategic planning of the Internal Audit Department, including the formulation of the annual risk-based audit plan.
Collaborate with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) teams to enhance integrated assurance efforts.
Drive continuous improvement of audit processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and quality.

Required Experience and Skills

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in operations audit.
Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor multiple audit teams effectively.
Advanced stakeholder management skills.
Capability to deliver strategic insights that drive process improvements across the organization.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic internal audit department, contributing to the broader objectives of Qiddiya.
