About the Senior Manager Procurement Compliance Audit Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager Procurement Compliance Audit to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves overseeing and managing procurement compliance audit processes to ensure all procurement activities adhere to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on internal audits within the procurement function. This includes identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. A key aspect of this role is collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to foster a strong culture of compliance and transparency across all procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct procurement compliance audits in accordance with established audit methodologies and standards.
• Identify compliance gaps, operational risks, and process inefficiencies within procurement activities.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings with actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and track improvements over time.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and best practices.
• Support the development and maintenance of procurement compliance frameworks.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and internal governance teams as required.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, legal, and other departments to ensure alignment on compliance requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to procurement teams regarding compliance standards and audit expectations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance audit processes and procurement compliance programs.
• Contribute to policy updates and compliance training initiatives within the procurement function.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 10 years of experience in procurement compliance audit or a closely related field.
