Senior Master Plan Manager

About the Role

THA by Armonia is recruiting for a Senior Masterplan Manager to join a dedicated full-time team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role supports the planning and delivery of large-scale, multi-venue entertainment events. The Senior Masterplan Manager operates as a flexible, senior producer, adapting to various events, products, and workstreams as priorities require.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed masterplans and fully dimensioned layouts for venues, activation spaces, and common areas.
• Ensure all layouts are accurate, practical, and aligned with operational, safety, and stakeholder requirements.
• Design and document the end-to-end visitor journey, including entry, access, circulation, queueing, viewing, dwell time, and departure.
• Identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks to maintain smooth and safe visitor movement.
• Define journeys for each guest category (Protocol, VVIP, VIP, Guests, and Visitors), including crowd flow and pathing.
• Reconcile competing space requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain the Space Inventory and support the Space Allocation Register.
• Balance commercial, operational, and guest experience needs during space allocation.
• Maintain the live risk register for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Develop and update contingency plans to prepare for operational challenges.
• Act as the single point of contact for planning integration across stakeholder streams, including rights holders, partners, content creators, sponsors, government entities, and media.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear, workable spatial and journey solutions.
• Ensure alignment among all parties throughout the planning and delivery cycle.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a professional with 5-10 years of experience in master planning and layout design. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on producer capable of personally creating layouts, journeys, and space plans. This role requires flexibility to move across various workstreams as priorities shift.

Work Environment and Conditions

This is a full-time, exclusive position dedicated to the client for the entire contract term, without other clients or projects. The successful candidate must be able to mobilize within 48 hours of contract award, with mobilization expected to commence in October 2026.
