About the Role

BEC Arabia is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves contributing to the successful delivery of significant residential and commercial construction projects. The role requires a proactive individual with proven experience in project scheduling, progress monitoring, project controls, and stakeholder coordination within demanding building environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and monitor baseline and detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
Track project progress and analyze schedule performance against approved milestones.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
Identify potential delays and develop recovery plans to maintain project objectives.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Perform critical path analysis, productivity assessments, and delay evaluations.
Review subcontractor schedules and support project teams in achieving planned targets.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of planning experience specifically in residential and commercial construction projects.
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated experience in project controls, progress measurement, and reporting.
