About the Opportunity at WSP

WSP is seeking a highly experienced and delivery-focused professional for the role of Senior Project Manager / Project Director – Supervision. Based in Riyadh, this full-time position involves leading the day-to-day management and successful delivery of major Property & Buildings supervision projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Candidates should possess over 10 years of relevant experience in project management within the supervision sector.

Role Context and Leadership

This role holds significant responsibility for project leadership, client management, and the oversight of supervision operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring commercial performance, providing bid support, maintaining robust project governance, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams effectively. Working in close collaboration with the Project Director and Director of Supervision, the focus is on delivering projects safely, efficiently, and profitably, while adhering to WSP's stringent quality standards and client expectations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major supervision projects from mobilisation through to completion.
• Manage multidisciplinary supervision teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project execution plans, resource plans, and delivery strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify and manage project risks, and track key performance indicators.
• Ensure effective coordination among clients, contractors, consultants, authorities, and all project stakeholders.
• Lead project review meetings and facilitate the proactive resolution of delivery issues.
• Support project close-out, handover processes, and lessons learned activities.
