The Role: Senior Reporting Manager

Mace is seeking a Senior Reporting Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading the reporting function for a major programme, ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent communication of project status and performance. The Senior Reporting Manager will be instrumental in developing reporting frameworks and delivering critical insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain tools and forms for collecting programme status from various stakeholders.
• Manage the production, validation, and distribution of both regular and ad-hoc reports.
• Establish and oversee timelines for report submissions and subsequent reviews.
• Consolidate, review, and issue dashboards, escalating risks and issues as necessary.
• Define dashboard requirements and ensure their delivery aligns with user needs.
• Implement consistent reporting procedures and conduct quality reviews of all outputs.
• Utilize platforms such as SharePoint, PowerBI, PMIS, and data modeling to ensure traceable and reliable insights.
• Support reporting processes related to cost, schedule, change, risk, and overall performance.
• Facilitate reviews, ensure transparent reporting practices, and respond professionally to inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and stay updated on best practices and reporting tools.
• Contribute collaboratively towards the goal of net zero carbon transition, sharing responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated progress towards chartership with a recognized professional body, coupled with ongoing professional development.
• Proven leadership experience in PMO and project controls on complex projects.
• Proven leadership in health, safety, and wellbeing, evidenced by measurable outcomes and the embedding of best practices.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of relevant legislation within complex organizational environments.
• Ability to meet necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Relevant work experience on high-value projects or programmes for a project management consultancy business, required for immigration and client approval.
