The Role of Senior Site Engineer

Saudi Constructioneers is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Site Engineer to join its project team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supervising site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and timelines, while maintaining effective coordination with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Review technical drawings, method statements, and site-related documentation.
Ensure work progress aligns with project schedules and quality requirements.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in a timely manner.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
Support project planning, reporting, and progress tracking activities.
Prepare site reports and maintain proper project documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of site execution, construction methods, and project coordination.
Experience in managing site activities and supervising subcontractors.
Good understanding of project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software.
Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership is preferred/required.
