About the Role

BNY is seeking a Regional Product, Data & Solutions Lead, Middle East & Africa to join its Data & Analytics team, the fintech arm of the company. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending across the broader Middle East and Africa region. The role involves serving as the national and regional representative, product advocate, and technical solutions lead for BNY’s Data & Analytics portfolio.

Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will combine product leadership, pre-sales engineering, data expertise, and regulatory awareness to identify opportunities, engage customers, shape solutions, and translate regional requirements into global product priorities. Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the KSA National regulatory and data representative, monitoring emerging regulatory, data-residency, security, cloud, and compliance requirements across the Middle East and Africa. This involves collaborating with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Data Governance, and Technology teams to assess product implications and ensure solutions are appropriate for regional clients and markets.
• Serving as the regional product and solutions representative for clients and prospects, engaging directly with customers to understand their business and data challenges, and communicating the capabilities, value propositions, and product roadmaps of BNY’s Data & Analytics solutions.
• Driving regional product adoption and execution by working across organizational boundaries to advance opportunities. This includes supporting field teams, coordinating product and data dependencies, developing reusable solution patterns and documentation, building regional partnerships, and converting client feedback into scalable product capabilities.
• Owning and advocating for the regional product strategy, identifying market opportunities, competitive dynamics, client needs, and regional priorities. This involves partnering with global product managers, engineering teams, Product Solutions, Sales, Services, and Support to influence roadmaps, prioritize execution, and ensure regional requirements are addressed.
• Supporting technical pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, Requests for Information, Requests for Proposal, solution design sessions, and proofs of concept. This requires hands-on work with sample data, SQL, cloud platforms, APIs, and product configurations to demonstrate how BNY solutions meet specific customer requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess over 10 years of relevant experience. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. The role also demands the ability to travel regularly within the region and to BNY’s global offices.
