Four Seasons Hotels (KSA) is seeking a Server (Lobby Lounge) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences within one of the hotel's signature venues. The role involves providing personalized, attentive, and intuitive service, upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

The Lobby Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is situated in the iconic Kingdom Tower. It offers a refined all-day dining experience, signature beverages, and the renowned Four Seasons afternoon tea. As a Server, you will operate within this high-standard environment, ensuring guests receive a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, attentive, and intuitive service to all guests.
Provide extensive knowledge of the food and beverage offerings available.
Ensure guests receive thoughtful recommendations and a seamless dining experience.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the Lobby Lounge menu, including beverages, afternoon tea selections, light meals, and seasonal specialties.
Anticipate guest needs and engage in meaningful interactions to enhance their visit.
Uphold Four Seasons service standards consistently to create memorable experiences for every guest.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this Server position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar luxury hospitality environment. A strong understanding of refined dining service and guest interaction is essential.

Work Schedule and Professional Standards

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is required.
Maintain a professional appearance and grooming in line with Four Seasons standards at all times.
