About the Role

MEMF ITS is seeking a Service Business Head to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading the service business unit, focusing on driving revenue growth and ensuring operational excellence in after-sales services within the utilities industry. The position requires over 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the service business strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead after-sales services, maintenance contracts, SLAs, testing & commissioning, and field-service operations.
• Develop and expand long-term lifecycle service and recurring-revenue opportunities.
• Oversee field-service teams, spare parts, and service delivery to ensure operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Drive customer satisfaction, service quality, and contract performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s service portfolio and market presence.
• Monitor service KPIs, financial performance, and overall business growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies.
• Experience in leading after-sales services and managing field operations.
