About the Role

Italmatch Chemicals is seeking a Field Technical Support Engineer – Water Treatment / Desalination Chemicals. This full-time position is based in Saudi Arabia, with locations available in Riyadh or Al Khobar. The role is customer-facing and requires a hands-on engineer to support clients, troubleshoot systems, and collaborate with commercial and technical teams. The successful candidate will provide technical support, deliver training, conduct site activities, and prepare recommendations for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer accounts and site activities within the assigned area.
• Troubleshoot Reverse Osmosis (RO) and desalination systems.
• Perform basic water analysis onsite and in the laboratory.
• Prepare reports and technical recommendations for clients.
• Deliver training to customers and coordinate with internal teams.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field. Solid experience in Reverse Osmosis (RO) operations, troubleshooting, and treatment chemicals is required. The ability to assess desalination processes, support field activities, and contribute to technical procedures and continuous improvement initiatives is essential for this role.
