Showroom Sales Representative

About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is central to implementing the showroom sales plan and achieving assigned sales targets, focusing on providing excellent customer service and efficient showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, provide high-standard service, and address their needs effectively.
• Manage product handovers and offer comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales support.
• Oversee showroom operations and inventory, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Guide customers through product introductions, requirement identification, color coordination, and product selection.
• Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and timely product delivery.
• Coordinate showroom personnel activities, including assistants, laborers, and drivers, for operational efficiency.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation.
• Ensure availability of marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, and product catalogs.
• Achieve assigned sales targets in line with the approved sales plan and implement management objectives and KPIs.
• Process online customer orders and update the e-commerce platform to reflect product and inventory levels accurately.
• Ensure adequate stock availability across all product categories, especially fast-moving items, to meet demand.
• Apply stock replenishment procedures by requesting products from warehouses based on established minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle to minimize slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
• Report missing or unavailable central warehouse products and any showroom damage, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance needs to the direct manager/supervisor.
• Conduct inventory counts, reconcile physical balances, and report shortages, damage, or loss.
• Complete daily closing processes accurately and on time, including handling and recording customer advance payments.
• Execute assigned marketing programs and initiatives, including product campaigns and field visits.
• Maintain showroom appearance and ensure all employees comply with uniform and dress code requirements.
• Promote and sell all company product ranges to achieve sales targets and maximize opportunities.
• Ensure the availability and proper condition of safety equipment and report non-compliance, including valid Civil Defense and municipal licenses, fire extinguishers, and company vehicle roadworthiness and documentation.
• Ensure implementation of and compliance with the company's Ashanak program terms and conditions.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines, and execute activities using safe and environmental methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Showroom Sales Representative will operate within a dynamic retail environment, collaborating with showroom personnel and engaging directly with customers.
