About the Role

Love Recruitment International is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist for its client, a fast-growing fitness and corporate wellness business based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, hybrid position is designed for a creative and execution-focused individual with 0-1 years of experience who will be responsible for bringing the brand to life across social media and content platforms.

Role Summary

The specialist will focus on filming, editing, and creating content that captures the energy of fitness classes, trainers, and events. This involves translating creative direction and briefs into polished, on-brand output suitable for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The role operates on a hybrid model, requiring on-site presence for filming and event coverage in Riyadh, alongside remote work for editing, design, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit social media content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Film and produce short-form video content, including Reels, Stories, and event coverage.
• Attend sessions, events, and activations in person to capture photo and video content as required.
• Translate creative direction, campaign ideas, and briefs into finished social content.
• Support the planning, preparation, and scheduling of content, and write or adapt captions in line with the brand voice.
• Design social media graphics, event visuals, presentations, and other digital assets.
• Organise and maintain content libraries and editable design files, and repurpose existing content into different formats and platforms.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Design Skills: Strong practical ability with at least one professional design platform such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Procreate.
• Video Skills: Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro is highly desirable.
• Industry Background: Experience within fitness, wellness, sports, health, lifestyle, hospitality, personal training, or events.
• Working Style: Hands-on, organised, and comfortable working independently once given direction. Confident working on-site with clients and teams.
• Location: Based in Riyadh with personal transportation or reliable access to transport, and available for on-site filming and events when required.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering a salary of SAR 8,000 per month. The role involves on-site filming and event coverage across Riyadh, complemented by remote work for editing, design, and scheduling tasks.
