About the Role

DC Mena is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing engaging, platform-native content for clients across various industries. The successful candidate will contribute to social media campaigns and maintain brand standards for diverse client portfolios.

Role Context and Scope

The Content Creator will operate within a social media agency environment, focusing on content that resonates with Saudi audiences. A strong understanding of Saudi culture, local trends, dialects, and audience behavior is essential. The position may require recording voiceovers and appearing in content shots as a presenter, product demonstrator, or supporting personality when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce creative content, including short-form videos, photography, Reels, Stories, captions, scripts, and campaign ideas.
• Record voiceovers and be featured in content shots as required.
• Shoot, edit, and adapt content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Attend client shoots, events, and activations.
• Collaborate with the agency team and clients, manage deadlines, and maintain brand standards.
• Stay updated on Saudi social media trends, cultural moments, and emerging content formats.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferably a Saudi national based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
• One to three years of relevant experience in content creation for brands, agencies, personal channels, or digital campaigns is preferred.
• Strong spoken and written Arabic, with a good understanding of Saudi dialects and culture. Working proficiency in English is also preferred.
• Comfortable recording voiceovers and being featured in content shots when required.
• Able to shoot and edit mobile-first content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar applications.
• Creative, organised, confident, and able to manage multiple client assignments.
• A portfolio or social media account demonstrating relevant content-creation skills is required.
• Experience with photography, videography, presenting, or product demonstrations is preferred.

Work Environment and Travel

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role requires attending client shoots, events, and activations within Jeddah. Occasional travel to Riyadh for shoots, events, and campaigns is also required, though not a mandatory prerequisite for application, it is considered a plus.
