Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Maison Care HS is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 0-1 years of experience and focuses on managing social media platforms, executing advertising campaigns, and producing digital content. The specialist will primarily work with Snapchat and Instagram ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns on Snapchat and Instagram.
• Identify target audiences, allocate budgets, and test designs and ad messages.
• Design posts, stories, and advertising materials in line with the brand's visual identity.
• Photograph, produce, and edit digital content, with a focus on short videos and reels.
• Write creative texts suitable for each platform and supporting campaign goals.
• Monitor engagement across platforms.
• Analyze content and ad results, and prepare reports including recommendations for performance improvement.
• Monitor digital trends and propose new ideas relevant to the brand.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Practical experience in managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency in using Snapchat Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience in design using Photoshop and Illustrator or similar tools.
• Proficiency in video editing using Premiere Pro or CapCut or similar tools.
• Understanding of advertising performance indicators, such as customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, and return on ad spend.
• Good skills in content creation, organization, and time management.
