About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Specialist for its Strategy Delivery Office (SDO). This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and is crucial for the effective execution of the company's strategic initiatives. The role requires 5-10 years of experience and plays a key part in aligning projects with Qiddiya’s vision for transforming Saudi Arabia's entertainment and cultural landscape.

Role Context and Purpose

The Specialist in the Strategy Delivery Office is responsible for supporting the successful implementation and delivery of strategic projects. This role ensures that all undertaken initiatives are in harmony with Qiddiya's overarching goals and contribute to the development of the Kingdom's entertainment and cultural sectors. The position requires a proactive approach to project management and a strong understanding of strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and delivery of strategic projects and initiatives across Qiddiya.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on strategic goals and objectives.
• Develop and track project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Monitor project performance and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs and priorities.
• Prepare regular updates and reports for senior management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate strategy meetings and workshops to foster collaboration and idea generation among teams.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery process.
• Act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in project management, strategy delivery, or similar roles.
• Experience within the entertainment or tourism sectors is preferred.

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Province. The role operates within the Strategy Delivery Office, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on executing major strategic initiatives for Qiddiya Investment Company.
