About the Role

Alfanar is seeking a Sr. Technical Development Engineer Cybersecurity to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on developing and implementing cybersecurity solutions for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and critical infrastructure. The role involves driving business growth, expanding the customer base, and strengthening partner relationships within the OT cybersecurity domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement business growth strategies specifically for OT cybersecurity solutions.
• Identify market opportunities and develop targeted business plans to expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs.
• Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to deliver integrated cybersecurity solutions.
• Stay informed about advancements, emerging threats, and market trends in OT cybersecurity.
• Recommend enhancements to products and services based on market insights.
• Design and deliver customized cybersecurity solutions for Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
• Ensure solutions align with industry standards by working with technical teams.
• Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to validate cybersecurity solutions.
• Review technical documentation and ensure compliance with performance standards.
• Develop tailored cybersecurity solutions to address specific project site challenges and requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and consultation to customers and pre-sales teams.
• Advise on optimal cybersecurity solutions for OT environments.
• Prepare Bid Plans, including strategy, resources, program, budget, cost estimation, role allocation, bid deliverables, and responsibility matrix.
• Prepare clarification/deviation lists during the pre-bid stage and provide clarifications during the post-bid stage.
• Deliver technical and commercial presentations to stakeholders.
• Support and present solutions at cybersecurity events and explore potential vendor collaborations.

Reporting and Analysis

The role involves preparing detailed reports on business development activities and their outcomes. Performance metrics will be analyzed to suggest improvements for enhanced results.

Qualifications and Experience

• Required experience: 5-10 years.
• Experience in cybersecurity, particularly within OT environments and Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
• Proven ability to develop and implement business growth strategies.
• Strong client and partner engagement skills.
• Technical understanding of cybersecurity solutions and their application.

Work Environment
