About Apparel Group and the Role

Apparel Group is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead its retail operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for achieving company objectives by ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing sales performance within the store environment.

Role Objectives

The primary objectives for this role include driving sales growth and maintaining high operational standards. The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that retail staff provide the highest levels of customer service and possess the necessary skills to maximize sales. This involves implementing operating procedures in adherence to company and Brand standards, as well as actively promoting the company's Loyalty Program to foster customer retention and repeat sales. Feedback regarding employees and products will be provided to the Area Manager and Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and brief staff on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, fashion awareness, and a professional appearance.
• Monitor new products, trends, and fashion directives to anticipate and respond to customer needs effectively.
• Manage stockrooms and ensure minimal stock loss.
• Implement store operating procedures and ensure staff adherence to brand and company policies.
• Apply creative techniques to meet and exceed store sales targets.
• Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct weekly audits of store administration and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage the daily roster, leave requests, and grievances of retail staff.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in the store at all times.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales.
• Supervise store operations and provide feedback to the Area Manager regarding employees and products.
• Ensure constant awareness and vigilance regarding store security.
• Stay informed about various brands within the group for effective suggestive selling.
• Assume end-to-end responsibility for all store operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in retail management.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage retail staff.
• Strong understanding of retail operating procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising.
• Physically fit to stand for extended hours and perform heavy lifting as required for store duties.

Work Environment and Compensation

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves a dynamic retail environment where active participation in daily operations is expected. Salary for this position will be discussed directly with qualified candidates.
