About the Store Manager Role

Asteri Beauty (B Corp™) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in retail management, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving operational excellence.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and achieving key performance indicators. This role involves a hands-on approach to leadership, focusing on team development, sales performance, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction within the retail beauty industry.

Core Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a high-performing team to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Manage daily store operations to meet sales objectives and operational KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and insights to optimize stock potential.
• Coach the sales team regularly to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Actively participate on the sales floor, demonstrating hands-on leadership.
• Maintain optimal staffing levels, prepare schedules, and ensure adequate shift coverage, especially during seasonal peaks and activities.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and in-store events through communication with regional management.
• Oversee store inventory and stock levels, ensuring adherence to operational guidelines.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with regional culture and local legislation through team training initiatives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail management, specifically within the beauty industry in the GCC region. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing comprehensive retail operations effectively.

Required Experience and Skills

• Over 10 years of proven retail management experience within the GCC retail beauty industry.
• Extensive experience with customer service and sales targets, including key performance indicators.
• Demonstrated experience in retail operations, inventory management, facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with sound business acumen.

Work Environment
