Role Overview

Accenture's Supply Chain & Engineering (SC&E) team is seeking a Strategy Consultant with 0-1 years of experience to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves assisting organizations in addressing complex operational, engineering, and transformation challenges. The work covers areas such as Local Content & Procurement, Capital Projects, Operations Readiness, Digital Twins & Digital Engineering, and Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project workstreams and manage analysis, activities, and deliverables.
Solve complex business and operational challenges through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Develop strategies, operating models, roadmaps, and business cases.
Apply digital technologies, AI, analytics, and engineering solutions to enhance performance.
Support implementation by defining initiatives, milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance measures.
Contribute to business growth through client discussions and practice-development initiatives.

Required Experience and Specializations

Candidates will typically specialize in one or more of the following SC&E capability areas, while gaining exposure to the broader practice:

Local Content & Government Procurement: Focus on local content strategy, localization, supplier development, procurement transformation, and performance frameworks.
Capital Projects: Experience in project governance, PMO, project controls, portfolio management, risk, and capital program performance.
Operations Readiness: Involves readiness planning, operating models, mobilization, testing, handover, go-live, and operational acceptance.
Digital Twins & Digital Engineering: Expertise in digital twin strategy, use cases, engineering data, BIM, IoT, AI, analytics, and digital engineering transformation.
Asset Management: Focus on asset strategy, maintenance, reliability, lifecycle planning, performance management, and digital enablement.

Work Environment

As a Management Consultant in Supply Chain & Engineering, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clients across strategy, transformation, and implementation. The role involves leading project workstreams, conducting structured analysis, engaging with client stakeholders, and developing practical recommendations to improve operational and business performance.
