About the Role

Modern Mills For Food Products Co. is seeking a Sales Supervisor to oversee and drive flour sales activities within assigned markets and customer segments. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and involves leading a team of sales representatives to achieve volume, revenue, and market penetration targets for flour products. The Supervisor will also focus on strengthening customer relationships, ensuring pricing discipline, and supporting the company’s commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with bakeries, distributors, wholesalers, and key flour customers.
Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues related to pricing, delivery coordination, and service quality.
Support the retention of strategic and high-volume flour customers.
Execute the flour sales strategy within the assigned territory and customer segments.
Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets (volume, revenue, and mix).
Support the introduction of new flour products, grades, or packaging formats.
Develop a deep understanding of flour market dynamics, customer demand patterns, and competitive activity.
Monitor competitor pricing, product positioning, and market share movements.
Identify opportunities for growth in existing and new flour customer segments.

Team Leadership and Performance

Supervise, coach, and develop the flour sales team to improve performance and capability.
Monitor individual KPIs including volume targets, customer coverage, and collections discipline.
Address underperformance through coaching, corrective actions, and development plans.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare regular sales performance reports covering volume, revenue, customer trends, and variances.
Analyze flour sales data to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions.
Provide insights and recommendations to Sales Management to support decision-making.
