About the Role

eXtra is seeking a Team Leader - Ops to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on supporting store performance through effective sales leadership, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a motivated sales team. The Team Leader will contribute to achieving departmental KPIs, maintaining operational standards, and developing staff capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

The Team Leader - Ops will be responsible for a range of operational and team-focused duties to ensure the smooth functioning and success of the store. These responsibilities include:

• Driving sales and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Contributing to the achievement of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintaining established operational standards within the store.
• Developing the capabilities and skills of team members.
