CodeNinja Inc. is seeking a Technical IT Project Manager specializing in Construction Software & Mobile Apps. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading the development, implementation, and deployment of specialized construction-related software and mobile applications.

Role Purpose

The Technical IT Project Manager will serve as a critical link between technology and the construction sector. This position requires a proven track record of managing software development lifecycles (SDLC) or large-scale digital transformation projects specifically tailored for the construction, infrastructure, or PropTech industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and deployment of construction-focused software platforms, mobile applications, or enterprise modules, including ConTech, BIM integration tools, and field reporting apps.
• Act as the primary bridge between technical development teams (engineers, UI/UX designers, QA) and construction-focused stakeholders or clients to translate site needs into technical requirements.
• Define project scope, manage sprints, track backlogs, and ensure timely software releases while maintaining strict budget controls using Agile methodologies.
• Oversee system integrations, user acceptance testing (UAT) with site teams, and ensure high application performance, security, and scalability.
• Proactively identify technical bottlenecks, scope creep, or deployment risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present data-driven technical progress reports, milestone achievements, and product roadmaps to leadership.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Five years of proven experience as an IT or Software Project Manager, specifically delivering construction-related software, mobile applications, or PropTech solutions.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, API integrations, and cloud environments.
• Solid grasp of construction workflows, site operations, or common industry pain points to effectively build and deploy relevant technology solutions.
• High proficiency with project management and development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, and MS Project.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Desired Attributes

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Prior experience in the Saudi Arabia or GCC technology or construction market.
• Experience working in fast-paced software startups or technology consulting firms.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates not currently based in Saudi Arabia must be willing to relocate.
