About the Role

NSG Geospatial Services is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing essential technical assistance to end-users and supporting the daily operations of the IT department. The specialist will be responsible for addressing various IT-related issues and maintaining system functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users for various IT-related inquiries.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic computer and software issues.
Install and update software applications as required.
Assist with hardware and network-related problems.
Respond promptly to IT support requests and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate IT records and documentation for all support activities.
Support the IT team with various daily tasks and projects.

Qualifications and Experience

A Diploma in Information Technology is required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of overall experience in a relevant field.
