Role Overview

GeoWise Technologies is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on guiding new and existing customers through the activation process of their accounts and ensuring they derive maximum value from the integrated booking and dispatch platform. The specialist will be instrumental in helping businesses effectively utilize the platform's features for their field service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers from the initial sign-up phase through to their first successful booking on the platform.
• Assist customers in configuring their services, managing teams, defining coverage areas, and setting up booking channels.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide comprehensive training to customers on platform usage.
• Follow up on account activation progress and encourage consistent daily use of the platform.
• Address customer inquiries and collect feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience is required for this position.
• Demonstrated strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven initiative and consistent follow-through in customer interactions.
• Ability to quickly learn technical tools and explain them clearly to users.
• Experience in customer support, customer success, or with SaaS platforms is preferred.
