About the Role

أقاهي is seeking a Specialty Coffee Sales Specialist (B2B) to join its full-time team in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a consultative mindset, focusing on building strategic partnerships and delivering integrated solutions that enhance client businesses, rather than solely closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and select partners who align with the brand's vision and values.
Establish and manage a network of sustainable institutional relationships with business leaders and decision-makers in the specialty coffee sector.
Professionally represent the أقاهي brand.
Understand and analyze the needs and challenges of B2B clients.
Design and present comprehensive, customized solution packages to develop partner businesses and improve operational efficiency.
Lead initiatives that ensure healthy and sustainable growth for both the company and its clients.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven practical experience in the specialty coffee sector.
Mindset: A proactive, consultative approach capable of analyzing challenges and creating added value for clients.
Personal Skills: Demonstrated skills in negotiation, persuasion, and professional networking.
Commercial Acumen: Excellent commercial and financial awareness to understand the impact of solutions on client and company profitability, coupled with a high commitment to quality.
