About Faranshal and the Opportunity

Faranshal is seeking a dedicated and skilled Laser Product Designer and Developer Partner to join an established project focused on laser product design, development, and artistic engraving. This full-time partnership opportunity in Riyadh is for an individual with an artistic sensibility and the drive to contribute to the expansion of a production line. The project is seeking a founding partner to collaborate on growth and operational development.

The Role of the Partner

The ideal partner will play a crucial role in enhancing the existing production capabilities and driving business growth. This involves active participation in all stages from conceptual design to final execution, with a focus on developing new product lines and expanding market reach. The partner will be instrumental in fieldwork and operational development.

Key Responsibilities

Design graphic products specifically for laser engraving and development.
Actively participate in the engraving and execution processes of laser products.
Contribute to the strategic development and enhancement of the production line.
Engage in fieldwork to support the overall expansion of the business.

Required Skills and Experience

Possess a strong artistic sense for product design.
Demonstrated ability to perform fieldwork.
Proficiency in design software and laser machine operation, including but not limited to Inkscape and LaserGRBL, or similar programs such as LightBurn or CorelDRAW.
0-1 years of relevant experience.

Partnership Terms and Location

This is a founding partnership role, requiring Saudi nationality to facilitate the partnership and fieldwork presence. The position is based in Riyadh, with a preference for candidates residing near the Ishbiliyah district to ensure efficient coordination and workshop operations. Compensation will be based on a share of profits and business establishment, as this is not a salaried employment opportunity or a remote role.
