About the Role

Maleen Consultant Center is seeking a qualified Lawyer to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Region. This is a full-time position requiring a professional with a strong understanding of legal practices.

Key Responsibilities

The Lawyer will be responsible for a range of legal duties, including:

• Full mastery of legal work and maintaining a clean system.
• Handling litigation cases.
• Following up on and preparing legal documents, and managing case files.
• Managing financial claims and recovery processes.
• Stewardship of financial resources and account management.
• Providing legal consultations.
• Representing the company in all legal forums.
• Staying updated on legal developments and new systems, and providing recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a licensed lawyer, fluent in legal practice.
• Saudi nationality is a mandatory requirement.
• Possess 5-10 years of experience.
• Experience in the private sector of not less than 4 years.
• Experience in the medical field is required.
• Must be ready for immediate start.
