We are seeking a dedicated Barista for our location in Riyadh. This is a full-time position that requires a commitment to providing high-quality coffee and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages, ensuring consistent quality.
- Follow recipes and operate espresso machines and equipment safely.
- Take orders and handle payments at the register.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and guest area according to food safety guidelines.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about the menu.
- Restock supplies and support opening and closing procedures.
- Collaborate with team members for smooth operations during peak and off-peak hours.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment handling.
- Clear communication skills for professional interactions.
- Understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and ensuring order accuracy.
- Prior experience in a café or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
