Join Our Team as a Corporate Finance Manager!
At BLOMINVEST, we are a leading Saudi financial company specializing in investment management. We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to become a vital part of our Corporate Finance Services division. This role is key in managing and structuring financing and investment funds regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in achieving their Capital investment targets.
• Originate and execute corporate finance transactions and manage financing funds.
• Participate in preparing financial models, investment memoranda, and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with legal and Shariah advisors and regulators to ensure compliance.
• Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and investors.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis.
• Understanding of CMA regulations and financing structures in Saudi Arabia.
• Knowledge of Shariah-compliant financing products.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
• CME certification preferred.
