About the Role

VIP Car Rentals is seeking a dedicated Car Rental Agent to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, shift-based position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals residing within Riyadh. The role involves providing professional car rental services and ensuring smooth operations for our valued clients. Compensation includes a fixed salary complemented by commissions and performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional car rental services to clients.
Clearly explain car rental terms, regulations, and contracts to clients.
Prepare rental contracts and accurately enter data into the approved system.
Verify driving licenses and identification documents, ensuring all requirements are met.
Handle vehicle delivery and reception according to approved procedures, documenting their condition.
Monitor car return dates and coordinate effectively with clients.
Collect payments and issue invoices in adherence to company policies.
Address customer complaints and escalate them to management when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company regulations, traffic laws, and safety instructions.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of one year of experience in the car rental industry.
Possession of a valid driving license.
Fundamental knowledge of car rental contracts and traffic regulations.
Experience with car rental company systems is preferred.

Required Skills

Strong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities.
Proven ability to upsell insurance services and additional features.
Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to a shift-based work schedule.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
