Gold and Minerals Ltd is seeking a Field Assistant Exploration to join their team in Taif, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Field Assistant Exploration will work under the direction of the Field Supervisor, carrying out duties related to ongoing Exploration Field programs. This role is integral to supporting geological exploration activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct trench sampling.
• Perform drillcore cutting and sampling.
• Execute RC sampling.
• Assist with geophysical surveying.
• Support topographic surveying activities.
• Carry out downhole surveys and water monitoring.
• Handle core trays.
• Maintain the core yard.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

Candidates should possess a High School or Diploma qualification, which is preferred for this role. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.

Required Skills and Experience

• Over 2 years of relevant experience in exploration field work.
• Experience working effectively within multinational teams.
• Demonstrated experience with geophysical ground surveys.
• Practical experience with the field aspects of RC, Diamond, and trenching programs.
• Possession of a full driving license.
• Proven experience in maintaining excellent safety and environmental standards in the field.
