About the Role

Work Gateway is seeking a Project Manager of Saudi nationality to oversee large-scale civil projects. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, specifically covering projects in Taif and Makkah. The role involves leading projects from initiation through to handover, ensuring successful delivery in line with client expectations and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale civil projects from initiation to handover.
• Oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and government authorities.
• Monitor project performance, risks, variations, and reporting activities.
• Drive site progress while maintaining cost and schedule targets.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across construction and technical functions.
• Ensure successful delivery in line with client expectations and contractual obligations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Minimum of 10+ years of construction experience.
• Excellent knowledge of project controls, contracts, procurement, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and various reporting systems.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the construction sector, requiring on-site presence and coordination across multiple project locations in Taif and Makkah. The role involves managing diverse teams and interacting with various external parties to ensure project success.
