About the Administrative Clerk Role

Eram Talent is seeking an Administrative Clerk to provide essential support within the Eastern region, specifically in Dhahran. This full-time position requires a dedicated individual to ensure the smooth operation of administrative functions. The role is designed for candidates with 5-10 years of relevant experience, offering a professional environment to contribute to departmental efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for a range of duties to support the Department Head and ensure effective office management. Key tasks include:

  • Providing comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the Department Head.
  • Maintaining accurate timekeeping, filing systems, and employee records.
  • Processing administrative transactions such as leave requests, expense reimbursements, vendor payments, and gate passes.
  • Preparing various documents including reports, letters, meeting minutes, and routine correspondence.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handling incoming calls, visitors, emails, and general correspondence.
  • Reviewing, editing, and formatting documents as required to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies, office equipment, and adherence to administrative procedures.
  • Coordinating communication flow between the Department Head, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this position must meet the following educational and experience criteria:

  • A Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Marketing.
  • A minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant administrative or clerical experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
