Role Overview

TechnipFMC is seeking an Associate Engineer Product Surface to join their team in Dhahran, Eastern Province. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience. The Associate Engineer will participate in engineering solutions as part of a project taskforce, ensuring adherence to TechnipFMC standards, procedures, processes, schedules, and budget, with a continuous focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in projects under the supervision of senior engineers, assisting with various engineering topics.
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers for ongoing projects and field operations.
• Perform original design and layout work to develop new or modified products.
• Apply engineering theory, mathematics, and practical mechanics to solve design and operational problems.
• Provide technical assistance within projects and at manufacturing, fabrication, and installation sites.
• Write and issue technical specifications and reports related to assigned activities within projects and operations.
• Assist in the development of design bases for projects and manufacturing operations.
• Serve as a resource for project teams, manufacturing, MMR, workshop, warehouse, tool pool, HSEQ, and FSTs.
• Adhere to all TechnipFMC rules and procedures for Engineering, Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety.
• Create and check TCE and Engineering documentation through the ECN process.
• Participate in design reviews.
• Prepare all levels of engineering calculations.
• Create and review procedures and work instructions for mobilization, demobilization, maintenance, refurbishment, and repair activities.
• Perform dispositions of Quality and Service Notifications.
• Provide support during refurbishment/remanufacture activities, evaluating and approving concessions/deviations as required.
• Participate in technical meetings internally and with clients/suppliers.
• Provide support for local HSEQ activities, including RCAs, HAZOPs, and Risk Assessments.
• Attend System Integration Tests (SITs).
• May be deployed on-site for new product installation and commissioning.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proficiency in applying engineering, theory, mathematics, and practical mechanics to solve technical problems.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a project taskforce and providing technical support across various departments and sites, including manufacturing, workshops, and field operations.
