About Senna and the Role

Senna is seeking a Compliance Associate Asset Management to join its team in Dhahran, Eastern Region. This full-time role is integral to the Compliance and Business Ethics function, focusing primarily on investment compliance within the asset management sector.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Compliance Associate supports the organisation by monitoring investment activities, contributing to regulatory compliance initiatives, and conducting thorough compliance reviews. This position is key to fostering a strong culture of ethics and accountability across the firm, ensuring adherence to both internal policies and external regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing execution of the compliance and business ethics program.
• Conduct compliance reviews and monitoring activities to assess adherence to regulatory and internal requirements.
• Monitor investment activities and evaluate compliance with applicable investment guidelines and regulatory obligations.
• Review compliance matters related to investment products, mandates, and financial market activities.
• Support regulatory assessments and the implementation of new regulatory developments affecting the organisation.
• Assist in preparing compliance reports, management updates, and regulatory communications.
• Support the development, maintenance, and periodic review of compliance-related policies and procedures.
• Assist in managing compliance records, disclosures, and documentation.
• Support employee awareness and training initiatives focused on compliance and business ethics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide compliance guidance and support broader business objectives.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field. Experience within an investment management company, asset manager, investment firm, pension fund, sovereign wealth fund, or other regulated financial institution is strongly preferred for this role.

Qualifications and Certifications

Professional certifications in investments, compliance, governance, or risk management are considered an advantage. These certifications demonstrate a commitment to professional development and a specialized understanding of the regulatory landscape.

Location and Employment Type
