About the Role

emagine is seeking a Downstream Portfolio & Due Diligence Specialist to join their team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This full-time role is central to overseeing the downstream business portfolio, ensuring the effective integration and optimization of acquisitions, and supporting strategic capital allocation decisions. The position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience, with a preference for candidates with 15+ years.

Key Responsibilities

Provide an end-to-end view of the downstream portfolio, affiliate landscape, and business models.
Advise on how acquired or new affiliates map into the target GCOA, dimensions, and governance frameworks.
Define portfolio, capital allocation, and working capital reporting requirements.
Integrate IOC/NOC peer benchmarks and leading practices into design processes.
Support design ownership, governance, and roadmap priorities, particularly for Phase 1 Workstreams including Finance Data Model, Reporting & Segmentation Design, and Foundational Roadmap & Governance.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience is required, with 15+ years preferred.
Demonstrated experience in Downstream Oil & Gas M&A, financial due diligence, or post-merger integration.
Strong understanding of integrated downstream value chains and affiliate structures.
Ability to engage effectively with CFOs and other executive stakeholders.

Preferred Attributes

Prior experience working with a major NOC downstream portfolio in KSA or the GCC.
Experience in carve-outs, standalone financials, or portfolio reviews.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, Eastern region. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on strategic portfolio management and integration within the downstream sector.
