Sales Representative

About the Role

Tayseer Trading Company is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team in the Al Qassim and Hail regions. This full-time role focuses on sales within the wholesale, cash van, mini market, and HORECA sectors, requiring strong market experience and a solid understanding of customers and areas in Al Qassim and Hail.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans to achieve established goals.
• Visit customers daily and ensure comprehensive coverage of specified areas and routes.
• Attract new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and continuously monitor performance indicators.
• Manage daily visit routes to efficiently cover designated areas and customers.
• Continuously follow up on orders, collections, payments, and inventory levels.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, customer visits, and overall customer interactions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience of no less than 4 years in sales within the Al Qassim and Hail regions.
• Intermediate or secondary educational qualification.
• Proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
• Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
• Experience in dealing with wholesalers, grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes.
• Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.

Essential Skills

• Strong knowledge of the market and customer base in the Al Qassim and Hail regions.
• Effective negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve sales objectives.
• Good understanding of pricing, offers, product movement, and competitor activities in the market.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and sales management systems.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Al Qassim and Hail regions, requiring regular field visits to customers and coverage of specified sales areas.
