About the Role

Hill International (Middle East) Limited is seeking a Senior Scheduling Control Engineer (E2) to join their team. This full-time position is based in Al Qassim, specifically in the Northern region of Qassim.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Senior Scheduling Control Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project execution. This role requires close collaboration with various project stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, track progress, and provide essential updates. The engineer will also play a key role in process improvement and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Develop and maintain project schedules utilizing project management software.
• Monitor project progress, identifying areas of concern and potential delays.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to develop mitigation plans for identified risks.
• Provide regular updates on project status to project teams and management.
• Review and analyze project data to identify trends and enhance project performance.
• Collaborate with construction and engineering teams to align project schedules with overall project objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Manage schedule change requests, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
• Participate in project meetings, contributing expertise on scheduling and control matters.
• Support project managers in the development of project budgets and resource plans.
• Ensure continued compliance with Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position are expected to possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in scheduling and project control. A strong understanding of project management software and methodologies is essential for success in this role.
