The Opportunity: Store General Manager [Saudi National]

ABYAT is seeking a Store General Manager [Saudi National] to lead and oversee all store operations in Al Qassim. This full-time role is critical for ensuring the achievement of sales targets, optimizing key performance indicator (KPI) performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience within a large-format retail environment. The General Manager will be responsible for driving store profitability through strong leadership, effective commercial execution, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure the smooth execution of all retail activities.
• Drive store performance to achieve and exceed established sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor key retail metrics, including traffic, conversion rate, average basket size, and sales productivity.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and effectively manage escalated customer concerns.
• Lead, coach, and develop store teams to achieve performance targets and foster a high-performing environment.
• Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising standards and execute promotional campaigns effectively.
• Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment processes, and product availability.
• Coordinate seamlessly with Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams for integrated operations.
• Monitor store KPIs and prepare comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage store operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant leadership role within a large-format retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage comprehensive store operations.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and improving key performance indicators.
• Strong understanding of retail commercial execution and operational best practices.
