About the Role

Saden City Facilities Management is seeking an IT & Systems Development Specialist to join their team in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for managing and developing information technology infrastructure, ensuring the efficiency and continuity of technical systems and services. The specialist will also focus on developing and customizing the Odoo system and automating operational and administrative procedures to support the company's needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage IT systems, hardware, networks, and technical services.
Provide technical support to users and manage accounts and permissions.
Develop and customize the Odoo system, including integration with other systems.
Automate procedures and workflows, and develop reports and dashboards.
Monitor backups, information security, and technical licenses.
Analyze departmental needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Train users and document systems and developments.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in information technology and systems development. The role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure management and a proven ability to develop and customize enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, specifically Odoo.

Required Skills

Proficiency in managing IT systems, hardware, and networks.
Expertise in Odoo system development, customization, and integration.
Strong analytical skills to identify needs and propose technical solutions.
Knowledge of information security practices and data backup procedures.
Ability to provide technical support and conduct user training.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Medina, Saudi Arabia, within Saden City Facilities Management. The role involves working closely with various departments to ensure seamless technical operations and continuous system improvement.
