Saudi German Health is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our Facilities Management team. This full-time role is based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and is crucial for maintaining our world-class healthcare facilities.

Role Summary

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive management of mechanical systems within the hospital environment. This includes overseeing operations, maintenance, and ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards to support the efficient delivery of healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of hospital mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, medical gas systems, pumps, boilers, and related equipment.
• Plan, supervise, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure system reliability.
• Lead maintenance teams and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure full compliance with hospital safety standards, engineering regulations, and quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the reliability and efficiency of all mechanical systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
• Healthcare or hospital experience is mandatory for this role.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, medical gas systems, plumbing, pumps, boilers, and preventive maintenance principles.
• Excellent leadership abilities to guide teams and manage projects effectively.
• Proven problem-solving skills to address complex mechanical issues.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams, contractors, and management.

This full-time position is based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, within the Facilities Management department of Saudi German Health.
