About the OTR Supervisor Role

Amazon is seeking an OTR Supervisor to join its delivery station operations in Al Hafuf. This full-time role focuses on overseeing operational processes and ensuring the efficient handling of deliveries. The OTR Supervisor will play a key part in maintaining Amazon's commitment to customer service by managing teams and processes within the delivery station.

Key Responsibilities

The OTR Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Ensuring team safety by promoting Amazon's Health and Safety standards.
• Leading cross-functional teams to address and solve operational challenges.
• Upholding Amazon's standards for process quality.
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and streamlining.
• Sharing and promoting best practices across the team and network.
• Conducting daily follow-ups with vendors on the onboarding process.
• Leading and executing safety audits for station vehicles.
• Facilitating the onboarding process with external contractors.
• Analyzing OTR metrics to identify challenges and develop solutions in partnership with DSPs and stakeholders.
• Managing incentive programs.
• Overseeing uniform auditing and inventory.
• Communicating daily operational updates with DSP POCs and escalating issues to owners when necessary.
• Handling day-to-day inquiries related to DSP Delivery Associates (DAs).
• Arranging and monitoring DAY0 attendance.
• Working to enhance the experience for DSPs and DAs.
• Managing the OTR network for remote stations from Al Hafuf.
• Streamlining feedback from DSPs to improve processes and implement solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should meet the following minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred:

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Hafuf. The role involves working within a dynamic delivery station environment.
