Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC, a prominent leader in the construction sector, is seeking an experienced Engineering Director to join its team. This full-time position is based in the Tabuk region, with responsibilities spanning projects in Umluj and Tabuk.

Role Overview

The Engineering Director provides comprehensive technical and engineering leadership for construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring successful project delivery, adhering strictly to approved designs, contractual agreements, quality standards, established budgets, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering and technical teams across multiple projects.
• Oversee design review, technical coordination, value engineering, and constructability.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, standards, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams.
• Monitor engineering progress, technical risks, resource allocation, and overall project requirements.
• Resolve complex engineering issues and implement effective technical solutions.
• Establish robust engineering procedures and ensure the quality and timely delivery of technical outputs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 20+ years of progressive engineering and construction experience.
• Extensive experience working with construction and contracting companies on large-scale projects.
