Radcare Medical Company is seeking a skilled IT Technician to become part of our growing healthcare team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems across all medical branches.

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and network devices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connections and internet connectivity.
• Support staff in using Microsoft Office, email systems, and hospital management software.
• Perform regular system backups and security updates.
• Document technical issues and their solutions.
• Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance or repairs when needed.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience as an IT Technician (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome).
• Good knowledge of networking, hardware, and operating systems (Windows).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and provide excellent customer service.
