  • Provide support to the Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) to ensure delivery of serviceable aircraft to TAGF in order to accomplish the contractual operational and flying commitments.
  • Take responsibility for self and peers, including training technicians and maintaining a strong safety culture whilst fault finding, repairing, and delivering serviceable assets to maintain the customer's daily flying programme.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to Line Managers to ensure the ETIC schedule is achieved, ensuring solutions to any arising issues are identified and rectified during maintenance activities.
  • Manage repairable components into the supply repair channel and ensure the team maintains efficient and effective supply discipline.
  • Ensure procedural compliance governing Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) calibration cycles, Support Equipment maintenance cycles, and the Tool Control system.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to quality and safety, adopting a positive and proactive approach to aircraft maintenance and support issues. Key attributes include:

  • Ability to work effectively in close harmony within a mixed Expatriate and Saudi National workforce.
  • Sound oral and written two-way communication skills, with the ability to be tactful, discreet, and confident in dealing with people at all levels.
  • A quality-minded, mature individual who adopts a positive and proactive approach to aircraft maintenance and support issues.

Essential Qualifications
