About the Opportunity

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller to support a government entity in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time contract role is designed for a finance professional ready to contribute to strategic financial transformation initiatives.

Role Purpose and Strategic Focus

The successful candidate will lead financial management and control activities, playing a crucial role in the transition from Cash Basis to Accrual Basis accounting. This position is central to strengthening financial governance, ensuring robust regulatory compliance, and driving overall financial excellence within the entity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Manage the implementation of the transition from Cash Basis to Accrual Basis accounting.
• Ensure strict compliance with all financial regulations, internal policies, and established controls.
• Prepare and meticulously review financial statements and management reports.
• Support initiatives focused on enhancing financial governance and process improvement.
• Coordinate effectively with external auditors and key internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and foster the professional development of the finance team to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in finance.
• Previous experience within the Healthcare sector is preferred.

Contract and Employment Details

This is a full-time contract position with an initial duration of one year, renewable based on project requirements. The employer for this role is iHR, with the work assignment being at a government entity in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
