About the Role

Sallat Alsaad is seeking a Horticulture Farm Manager to oversee daily operations at a vegetable production farm. This full-time position is based in Tabuk and requires a candidate with 7-12 years of relevant experience. The salary range for this role is SAR 7,500 to SAR 11,250.

Farm Operations Overview

The Horticulture Farm Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of a vegetable production farm, which includes both greenhouse and open-field cultivation areas. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure efficient and productive farm operations throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all daily work activities on the farm.
• Develop and prepare the annual production plan, including projected yields and budget.
• Oversee all workers and manage materials to ensure the successful execution of approved plans.
• Submit weekly operational reports to higher management.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or a higher diploma in a relevant field.
• Significant field experience in horticulture or farm management.
• Proven strong management and leadership skills.
• Experience working within a multicultural environment.

Work Context

This is a full-time position located in Tabuk. The role requires a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 12 years of experience in farm management. The offered salary ranges from SAR 7,500 to SAR 11,250 per month.
